The Management and Entire Staff of Lagos State Primary Health Care Board (LSPHCB) commensurate with our Permanent Secretary; Dr. Ibrahim Akinwunmi Mustafa on the passing onto Glory of his father; Alhaji Yakubu Mustafa which happened at the early hour of today 10th August 2021.

He has been buried according to Islamic Rite at his hometown, Agbowa in Lagos State.

We pray to Almighty ALLAH to grant him Aljanah Firdausi and give his family the fortitude to bear the loss.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.
