LSPHCB Distributes 26 Microscopes to Health Districts

Enhancing diagnostic capabilities and ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services, the Lagos State Primary Health Care Board (LSPHCB) through its Directorate Medical Laboratory Services has distributed 26 microscopes to medical laboratories across various primary health care centers in the state.

Microscopes are essential tools in medical laboratories, serving as a critical component for evidence-based medicine. Microscopes play a key role in the diagnosis and monitoring of blood disorders, malignancies, and infectious diseases. Furthermore, they provide crucial support for automated analyses, ensuring that treatment patterns are accurately monitored and adjusted.
